By accessing and using Stash.TF ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our service.
Stash.TF operates a website through which users may buy or sell Team Fortress 2 (TF2) Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys ("Keys") in exchange for cryptocurrency. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Stash.TF is the direct buyer or seller in every transaction on this site. We do not operate a marketplace, exchange, escrow service, or peer-to-peer platform that connects third-party buyers and sellers. We do not act as an agent, broker, intermediary, or facilitator on behalf of any other party. All trades are conducted solely between you and Stash.TF.
When you purchase Keys from us, you are the buyer and Stash.TF is the seller. You agree to pay the listed price in the specified cryptocurrency; we agree to deliver the agreed number of Keys to your Steam account after payment is confirmed. Title to and risk in the Keys pass to you upon successful delivery via Steam trade.
When you sell Keys to us, you are the seller and Stash.TF is the buyer. You agree to transfer the agreed number of Keys to our Steam account via trade; we agree to pay you the listed payout in the specified cryptocurrency after we verify receipt of the Keys. Title to and risk in the Keys pass to us upon successful receipt via Steam trade.
Our Steam trading bot is operated by Stash.TF and acts solely on our behalf to send or receive Keys as part of fulfilling our obligations under these transactions. The bot is not a separate trading partner, marketplace participant, or third-party seller.
All buy and sell rates displayed on Stash.TF are offers made by us. We set, publish, and may change our prices at any time without prior notice. A binding contract is formed only when you complete the steps required for your order and we accept or fulfill it according to these Terms.
Except where expressly stated in these Terms, all completed sales are final and non-refundable.
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for completed purchases:
If you send the wrong amount of cryptocurrency—for example, too much or too little for your order—you may request a refund. Refunds for incorrect payment amounts are processed manually and are subject to the following:
